Retail Design Management (RDM)
Our Retail Design Management services provide our clients with the assurance of achieving a final design that exceeds the client’s expectancy; our design management service is driven by working in conjunction with the tenant and their designer and to transmit our vision for the delivery of the precinct.

Tenancy Delivery Coordination (TDC)
As tenancy coordinators we do provide our clients with a holistic service for the delivery of the new store that includes from monitoring authorities’ approvals to alteration of base building services to ensure compliance of the fitout.
Our tenancy coordination service is includes building a relationship with centre’s contractors and local private certifiers to ensure and monitor Cat1 quote and engagement process as CDC application as issue, we are able to obtain CDC approvals within 2 days from submission of application and forms to our private certifier.
Retail Interior Design
Retail design is a creative and commercial discipline that combines several different areas of expertise together in the design and construction of retail space.
Retail design is primarily a specialized practice of architecture and interior design, however it also incorporates elements of industrial design, graphic design, ergonomics, and advertising.
Retail design is a very specialized discipline due to the heavy demands placed on retail space.
Lease Area Survey
& Tenancy Plans
Newton Retail will visit tenancies and will take all the required measurements for the preparation of detail survey plans, tenancy plans, at a suitable scale and format that meet the architect and local authorities requirements for building and planning a future concept design or we can also generate tenancy plans from architectural and structural engineer plans to be able to reflect structural elements such as under slab or overheads beams and levels.
